Nothing produced by this tool constitutes professional tax advice. Taxpert is a guidance and organisational tool only. It helps you understand, organise and prepare information for your French tax return — it does not file on your behalf and does not replace the advice of a qualified tax professional. If you are unsure about your tax position you should consult a qualified adviser before filing.
Taxpert and its operators accept no liability for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the outputs produced by this tool, or for any loss, penalty or additional tax liability arising from reliance on those outputs. Tax rules change frequently and guidance may not reflect the most recent legislative changes. You are solely responsible for verifying that all information entered and all outputs generated are correct and complete before submission to the French tax authorities.
Income filing guidance is currently available for UK-sourced income only. Support for US-sourced income and other countries is in development and will be added in future releases. Do not use this tool as your primary filing guide for non-UK income sources during the beta period.
This tool is licensed for personal tax preparation only. Use by accountants, tax advisers, or any professional or firm processing data on behalf of clients is strictly not permitted during the beta period. Information you enter into the tool is processed within your browser session and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. We collect only your email address and basic session data (date of access, tool used, terms acceptance) for the purpose of managing beta access and improving the tool. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at contact-tool@taxpert.fr.
